Qualifications

A bit about the role:

The Growth Hacker will report to the Head of Growth and will be joining the business to support the growth and go to market of their “Softpos” product for merchants, with the possibility of taking the lead for the “Pay by the business” product (with separate team) to push the strategy and growth of their developer and platform product.

Leadership Criteria

Your mission: 

  • Developing and executing online and offline campaigns, including digital marketing, brand partnerships, on- ground activation to drive traffic to digital channels
  • Working and collaborating with the various teams within the business, uncovering nuggets of cross functional opportunities
  • Identifying, developing & optimizing growth channels to drive revenue growth
  • Analyzing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
  • Proposing new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads as well as testing new approaches to capture existing demand
  • Providing inputs & expertise to drive efficacy of marketing activities (content development and optimization, advertising,)
  • Planning and executing initiatives to reach the target audience through different channels
  • Working closely across teams with other teams to share ideas, feedback & present results

Minimum Qualifications

A bit about you: 

Essential:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, strategy, business management, or similar
  • Strong analytical skills, including A/B testing, web metrics, and sales metrics
  • Skilled at web optimization, conversion analysis, and funnel creation
  • Knowledge of various growth-hacking tools, such as automation and campaign monitoring platforms
  • Experience with Google Ads, Facebook ads, MailChimp, Hootsuite, and other SoMe and digital marketing campaign tools a plus
